The Job of a Lonely Moon

Hello moonlight,

so we meet again.

Its comforting how you are always there

waiting for a friend.

You know how it feels

to be outshined

by the sun itself.

You sit there lonley all the time

all by yourself.

In a void of darkness

how do you produce light?

Even with such little reason to be happy

you do your job right.

Flying up everynight,

lighting the midnight sky.

So moon don't be lonley,

no space tears to cry.

You do your job so very well

every single day.

And though you feel lonley

you still produce your rays.

Oh but moon don't fell lonley my dear

the lonley ones are speak to you all from down right here.
