A job within my Ability.
I want a job that will change my life.
I want a job that will change my life and the life of all the others I meet. I want to do something, I want to be something.
I want to be someone who helps others.
I want a job helping children, children who have been hurt and betrayed. I want to help them.
It would be better if it could be prevented but for those who couldn't be saved, for those children who were subjected to treatment no human being deserves I want to help them.
I want to help the children who don't understand, who may be called liars, who have been told lies and have had their minds warped by those in their life that should have been their protectors.
I want to save them from feeling disguested or defective when their older, when their older and have to reconfront what happened to them, just as I did.
It's not in my ability to become a lawyer or a police officer I can't face their abusers for them. But it is in my ability to help children who have been abused. It is in my ability to help children that I was once like.
Being a Children's counselor is in my capability and that is one job that I believe would change my life and make the experiences I have had to go through worth their weight and pain.
