John Be Not Pround

John be not proud, for Pride has much seen. My power doth frighten, but not in you. As old as God, I am, as powerful too. Thou think’st thy love be adamantine But no different from the normal routine Break thy twin compass; that is what I do. She will perish, poor John, while thou fades too, Where will thou be: the fiery machine For God does not see thee, without my good-go Ye thinks thy soul is free, after thine sleep Awake, and feel a burn, Lucifer’s cage creep But ye mustn’t fear me, I art not thine foe Yet, conceited John, know thee have been warned, If I say so, thou or Anne, will be scorned.
