A Joke

Where to start, how do I put my words into lines that will make you feel,

feel, feel something that is real, real, really difficult to understand,

I can’t even say it to you, I have to put it into a poem, so i can hide it,

but it won’t be true, you need the real thing,

I just don’t think I can give you that yet, i’m not ready,

you won’t understand, if I tell you straight up, it’ll be a joke to you,

a joke, a joke, what I want to say, you will think is a joke,

my life will be considered a joke
