Journey

Hmm, let me cater to you, sit still so I can take care of you.
Let me hold your hand or rub your back, maybe rub your head while I give you a bath.
Give you something that you never had, like a life you will never forget.
Sing these lullabies while you go to sleep, kiss you softly and wishing you sweet dreams.
I hope you know that you will always have me, and hope that this will keep you happy.
This can be something simple but also something long-lasting.
Our relationship is everlasting like gum that never loses its flavor.
Just let me talk and do me this one little favor, make sure our love always come first.
Even when I get on your nerves, do not let it destroy what we have.
At the end of the day we might be mad, but that doesn’t mean we have to do something we would forever regret.
Deep inside in our minds we can always put aside our differences.
We just have to collide with our conversations and make sure that we arrive at our destination.
Come with me and walk this path, take my hand and never relieve it.
Hold me close as you can, because this is something I hope will never end.
