Journey

A portal to beautiful soul

Captive in thy own heart

Calm night, plush skin, bodies resftul

Time is but a figment

A quiet sunday morn she's gone

Alone fear reaping tears

Pleading the consequence drawn

Hair trigger flame consume

A portal to desolate waste

Wound from the battlefield

The anger burns with quickened haste

Empty time creaks to halt

Void among the beating chamber

Violent panicked loss

Spoke she, trembling heart filled danger

"This because I love you."
