Journey

Here I start,

Along the path distinct and clear.

Where others have walked before me,

Where the crowds have been.

As I walk there are bumps along my path

They throw me off but  stand my ground.

I walk further and find new roads,

Easy and hard, there's always something new.

These roads take me along my journey,

Easy at times and challenging at others.

They curve around,

And lead me to unknown places.

As I walk, friends come and go,

Accompaning me on my journey.

They cheer me up

And help me get past rough roads.

As I near the end,

I think of where I've been.

I've walked a path

That has shown me new experiences.
