The Journey
The rocky pathway;
the night moon watching from afar
at me lighting my Roadway the way to the village.
The stars above watch over the valley.
Coming upon the village a farm sits in the distance
The tree’s insistence on my presence be hidden was grand.
Empty and lonely feels like the cold, damp, dew in the morning.
My arrival at the village was near to dawn
Upon my arrival, an innocent boy leads me to the barn on the farm.
