The Journey

Falling.

Each hit cuts deeper than the other

More painful and prominent

Slaming to the gound

Still.

Laying upwards facing the light

The wounds burn and bleed

The healing begins

Climbing.

Growing strong each inch

Light touches the wounds

Healing but scared

Top.

Wounds small marked by white

The cravas behind now but lingers in mind

Looking foward into light

The future.
