A Journey

Days are getting darker

it is so hard to see

yet I press forward

like a blind man in a crowd

I press forward

I have been over taken by a torando

and projectiles puncture my skin

yet I press forward

on to find the light

life is hard but death lonely

looking for the light and a sweet smile

I press forward

like a tornado loosing strength, the darkness passes

and I reach the light

I regather my strength and pray

enjoying the days of light, knowing dakness will come again

yet I am unworried and unafraid

because I am strong and know that the light will com again
