Journey into the mind of


Journey into the mind of a black young man

Sometimes I fail to understand

why my mother is stricter on me than my sister or any of my brothers.

Look at what they've done.

Look at what they've become.

I'm the last child, but to pursue college the first one.

I stay awake at night contemplating the extent of my future success,

or the lack of it.

But fear is the greatest motivator so I love it.

Where am I going to go,

Who knows,

I know.

I don't know.

But hopefully I ---
