Journeys to the Beach

Brother, our journey has ended we witnessed the same waves. We sat and we watch them as they broke against the beach, slowly wearing away, at forces stronger than they, over and over day after day. And I can only thank you for keeping me away, for keeping me safe, as those forces... they would have broke me before today.
