Joy

JOY. It radiates from within And brightens the surrounding. No outer force can overcome Because it springs from within. A fountain that never runs dry It flows and flows and flows, Spilling onto parched ground Turning Deserts into Fertile land. It does not fade in troubled times But burns continuously through the night Lightening the hearts of men To see the finish line. Where is this priceless treasure found? Where does it make its home? It is not found in ease or plenty Nor in houses full of stuff But it makes its home in the hearts Of people Who know the Treasure above all..
