Judged

I wish i could say life is fair for all

But some people stand, some people fall

I wish people weren't seen as inferior

while other people act so superior

They say why can’t you be like everyone else

But what’s so wrong with being myself

I will make my own choices

I don’t want to be voiceless

They try to cloud your sight

make you do things that are not right

But to me they aren’t a mystery

they are not superior mentally or physically

We all are born we all can die

We all can laugh we all can cry

So they cannot keep me quiet

I am who I am and I will not deny it

so they can continue with their lying

cause they're the salesman and I’m not buying

I know some of us are judged on our skin or race

But we all have problems we have to face

most people’s problems cannot be outrun

so these problems must be overcome

I love just being me

I’ll be who i want to be

It does not matter who you are

you can always make it far

think of how much you can achieve

if you only just believe

so I don’t care if they hold a grudge

I won’t let them be the judge
