Judgement

They named me,"Bright Warrior". A little boy, carried from his bed to a dark room. As he hears glass shatters & the walls go BOOM....BOOM. When that strange object straps pass his skin, revealing the dark red blood within. That little boy cries out for help, wishing & hoping that he hasn't been left here by himself. As the door opens & he returns to the light. This young man is scarred, physically & mentally, with the time in that endless night for the rest of his life. I'm black, but I won't rob your house....., because you'll be surprised when that white guy sitting on your couch, puts his gun in your mouth. It's wierd(x2) how some people judge me by the color of my skin, but change their mind last minute as they find out what's really within. It doesn't matter to me that when I walk into the store you keep your eyes on me high + low, because you'll still lose once that other man grabs the money and goes. It's the less expected that stands in the shadows, while some of us are stuck in the light, but this light's so bright that it helps me to fight for the right life. I'm misunderstood, that most misunderstand, but I'll still help the wrong, when their stuck in the sand. You see everyones says,"two wrongs don't make a right", but neither does two lefts. So if you do right & take that left, what would be left?? And when you look at your watch, would it really be worth the time?? NO!! Because disobeying the law is never worth the fine. But sometimes people just do what they think is right, because that light(x2) didn't go off in their mind to tell them it was wrong, but I guess you have the time to think, when they lock you away for so long. You do the crime, you do the time, is such a fucking cliche, because some people these days will say anything to get away. Then that innocent bystander ends up getting locked up, just because they was there when that bank got shot up. People don't always pay for what they get & it might be dangerous, if you don't really understand that person you met. So once again I'll say, they named me,"Bright Warrior", but if they knew all the dark things I've done, they'd be forever disappointed. So for that I forever apologize & with one gone, my heart & my mine make tears fall from my eyes. So I write & when I write, it isn't for that spotlight. It's to tell my old self about his passed life. And when I cry, it's because my sad soul is trying to get out through my eyes & my mind can't deny it's request, so it tries its best to keep my eyes open, but the more & more it tries, my mind just becomes frozen. When we sit down & talk, I hope you can see the pain in my eyes & realize how many people thought your son had a bright mind.
