Judgement day

When it’s my time of dying, how will I leave this world?

In peace, chaos, or even in disguise—

Because I know that you love me and have put faith in me,

But now I’m unsure, that when I come, will you know me?

Time in and time out, a sinner’s life full of doubt,

Faithful servant of the Lord let me rise—

Even though I am not worthy,

You still bear your arms toward me.

All the sins that penetrate, everything that waits,

I should not be in your father’s gates—

Every day of every hour, I feel like a newborn flower!

Waiting for the sun’s rays to hit, then I’ll bloom!

Time in and time out, a sinner’s life full of doubt,

Faithful servant of the Lord let me rise—

My heart is pure, but my mind confused,

In your house, my regrets can no longer be fused.

Living long on the sidelines, hoping that someday,

I can be just like you, but will never be—

A frozen truth sleeping in lies, why do I deny,

Wish I could just start again.

Time in and time out, a sinner’s life full of doubt,

Faithful servant of the Lord let me rise—

With my halo and my wings, I can do anything,

On and on its melody never ceases to ring.

Sunlight hits the fertile ground, all around,

Even in the shadows, you can still feel its power—

And now my mind’s racing, and the clock ticking away,

That when I meet you, what am I to say?

Time in and time out, a sinner’s life full of doubt,

Faithful servant of the Lord let me rise—

And when I see your light, my sins are washed away,

From here on, there’s nothing more to say.
