Judgmental from a distance ... satire

Matthew 7:1-2

7 “Do not judge so that you will not be judged.

2 For by the standard you judge you will be judged,

and the measure you use will be the measure you receive.

Howdy dear, how are you? ... Hope you’re doing fine.

I am glad to know you ... but I’m glad you’re not mine.

You look good from a distance ... but close up not worth a dime.

All your scars are proving ... that you’re enjoying crime.

You’re one of very many ... in today’s parade.

You are one of the few ... who cleans her own slate.

Tied into your destiny ... you move on to your fate.

Maybe before it is over ... you’ll find the right gate.

Tucked away in no-man’s land ... you feel well protected.

A bag over your head ... and you can’t be detected.

You look much better so ... like you were selected

To go your own way ... with the ones who are infected.
