Juggernaut
I sit as I’m stuck in my own demise,
A savage in his own skin,
Bleeding from his nose and eyes,
It's all in his head but it feels so real,
Frowned upon for not following,
Appreciated for being different,
Constantly put down,
But it doesn’t stop him from being lifted,
They try to change his ways,
But he refuses to be shifted,
Trials and obstacles oppose him,
A juggernaut because he’s gifted,
Mistakes are a given,
The inevitable as it seems,
He asks for forgiveness,
As he breaks to his knees,
Scared for disobedience,
Wounded from the upsets,
When you do well no one remembers,
When you screw up no one forgets,
Just keep trotting and toiling,
Even if the results don’t meet,
I’m eating to live,
And not living to eat,
To be remembered,
You don’t have to do the impossible,
Just do as I do,
And commit to being unstoppable.
