Cancer called your name

And you had to answer

This started a whole new ball game

No one knew what to expect

Desire for your love

Desire for your heart

Folded in a glove

No one could tare apart

Empty filling inside

Nowhere to run

All I could do was hide

Noone to turn to

Lives falling apart

No person could repair

Someone had to be smart

New end to a old start

Your life became my guidance

Dedication to the name

No one could silence

I started the new game

College would be my option

Hard work, long nights, dedication

No need to proceed with caution

It was my time to finish

Dedicated to making you proud

Everyone had to make a vow

You floated in a cloud

And made sure no lacking was allowed

They thought we all would fall
