Just because

-You , because of you -I fell in love with you -because when I couldnt love myself you loved me all the way through -i broke my rules for you ,even though when I first met you - I didn't think you'd be this important to me, now I need you -because of you your the reason I look forward to the next day entirely -when I'm with you I feel safe from the things that hurt inside of me -and I may act shyly but you truly bring out a new side of me -your my everything, my world , my friend and my human diary -because of you my heart spills on these text messages to you when I vent -because of you when I'm hurt I no longer have to pretend - like I said you love me when I hate myself you see the irony? -because of you I know love is really spelled T-I-M-E -because of you I learned behind every "just kidding" there's a truth -and in "I'm fine" theres emotion -and silence is the loudest cry that's louder than any commotion -i gave you the power to destroy me through love -but because of you I gave someone my trust -every time I see you I'm reminded why I need you -because of you what i didnt know what to do i now know what to do -because of you I treat you like I'm not trying to lose you -I have purpose because of you my heart needs you -hopefully one day we can share the same last names too - because of you I see positive even if its bad news -and i'd risk it all for you because one thing that's true -is that I truly love the first word of this poem because your you , I love you . . . . . javiersims99@gmailcom
