Just Because
Just because I'm smart,
Doesn't mean I'm always right,
Doesn't mean I'm a know it all,
And Doesn't mean I can't be wrong.
Just because I'm nice,
Doesn't mean you can just mess with me,
Doesn't mean you can push me around,
Doesn't mean I won't stand my ground.
Just because I'm strong,
Doesn't mean I can't cry,
Doesn't mean I can't break,
Doesn't mean I don't need help.
Just because I'm me and you are you,
Does that mean I can't be smart,
Because I love to learn.
Does that mean I can't be nice,
Because I love to see people smile.
Dose that mean I can't be strong,
Because I wont to protect those I love.
For this is who I am if I can't be me,
Then who can I be.
