Just A Better Me

Sometimes I struggle with understanding
I'm not always good at landing
On my feet
I don't always impress everyone I meet
I can be indecisive
I don't always chose what's right
But I know I'll never choose darkness over light
I am clumsy and dumb
I am ignorant and young
But I am who I want to be
I will always be content with being me
I don't want to stay the same
Or be someone else
I want to change
And yet, be myself
Why can't people see?
I don't want to be different,
Just a better me.
