just breathe

And all of a sudden I'm holding my breath,

don't know where time is taking me feels like life or death

am I sinking or swimming? Am I even here

don't know much that I'm sure of or what I hold dear

since you walked out of my days and walked out of my life

got me walking around sleeping don't even think twice

Bout my friends or my loved ones or even myself

got me walking around desperately searching for help

for an end to this sadness  an end to this pain

an end to this feeling of going insane

like I can't be without you now I can't be with me

and you can't be the one that I need you to be

No you'll never be that well at least not for me

so I try and I try to get over this ache

but I feel it deep down on my chest like a weight

like I can't take a breath without thinking of you

so I hold it and hold it it's all I can do

'til I'm home and it's late it's the end of a day

and I swallow the words that I'm too proud to say

And I'm safe and I know this I know it deep down

but my tears are an ocean and in it I'll drown

as I break through the surface the most I can do

is to take a deep breath and try get over you
