Just a Dream

Six foot tall, he had it all The type of guy the girls would surround in the hall I saw him at a volleyball game on Sunday He told me we should get together someday We talked on the phone almost every night Somehow managing to never get in a fight When I felt like no one cared I knew he would always be there He asked me if we would ever date All I could think was this must be fate Suddenly all the texts stopped Leaving me sad while my heart dropped When he saw me he would go hide This was out of control, I almost just cried He started texting all my best friends I knew right now this all had to end It was just a memory I have to let go He took this too far, way to low Sometimes I just want to scream But I have to realize this was all just a dream.
