Just a hand

Look at those matted strands upon your head

Spots on your face like a dalmatian

Your knees knock knocking while you clamber

down the street

You ! Yea you

I see you

How can you hold your head so high ?

Who do you think you are ?

Better than me ? Haha !

So i flip my hair and storm away but,

Trip over the concrete

You turn around to extend you hand

I stare at how your eyes gleam

With one smile you shine at me

My chest is open,

Exposing,

My insecurity.
