Just a Man
I’m dark,
But that doesn’t mean I haven’t seen ‘the light’
I’m black, guess I could use some shading of brown
I don’t go wrong with balancing… sometimes
I’m a mathematician
I do percentage ratios to blend, and probability
The reason all the things I believe in, live in the future
My wife… my kids
I see them share the joke of how I can’t swim
But that doesn’t mean I haven’t been to the lake waters
The shores are no different from the Ocean’s
They are soothing and calm like I always like
I have preferences… similar preferences
For women and cars,
I like then pretty dark, comfortable and high
But at times,
I feel like there’s need for speed and some little attention
Or maybe too much, just like my tribesmen
Shy as I am, I have been a wing man
The best man at an invites only wedding
And so romantic to make dinner for my woman
At least… once in a while
I smoke… Fish,
But Kush makes me normal…
I’m a man, just a patient wolf
