Just Me
I'm sorry but I'm not who you want me to be
I'm not perfect,
I'm not amazing,
I'm not beautiful,
And I'm not good
I am who I am,
I'm proud of that
I can't be anyone other than me,
My expectations, can't be based on others triumphs,
Based only on my own heart's content,
I can't be anyone but me,
But that's okay,
For you see,
That being me,
As original as it may be,
Is just who I'm supposed to be.
