Just a Memory

Laughter fills the room

but a place empty

No flowers were to bloom

Just a late night memory

They come and they go

but they never grow

As if some spell

come upon

in that late night realm

Bitter tastes of loneliness

Comes rolling in

Copious

with a smirky grin

Goddess Athena

I'm 19, poetry is the story of my life. Poetry has the power to take you into an enchanted world, a place outside of the realm of reality. Explore your limits, cross your boundaries. You will discover a side of you that is unfamiliar. #powerofwords
