Just Saying

My feelings toward you, you think I'm dumb

I sit in my desk, lips sealed confused, angry hurt and numb

When I needed extra help from my neighbor you said "STOP TALKING" and look up here

I don't understand a concept your teaching, failing my test is what I fear!

Yes you did help every once in a while

But an ocean of misunderstanding and frustration of being lost hide behind this smile

Your a teacher and you dont even make sure I understand the lesson

I'm asking for the help your dodging my question

I want you to know I'm not the only one thinking all this and more

But if I continue to express my feelings about your horrible teaching habitts I may hurt you to the core.

Hey everyone! My name is DaKota, I live in Florida and attend an amazing high school. Why is this high school so amazing? It has taught me that poetry is a way of expressing yourself! This school is where I also serve as the Senior Class President. I love helping people, and I use my life story of hardships to make that happen! I hope that maybe one day I can become that amazing role model, the person that so many people look up to. I also desire to be a TV Producer after college, maybe one day have my own television network. However, until that day comes Im continuing to strive to be the best DaKota I can be! I will always be the humble girl God has created me to be. Much love my fellow poetry loves, anymore facts wanted? Be sure to ask! I dont bite (: Stay Blessed.
