Can't you see I'm dying inside?
Can't you see the tears gathering in my eyes?
Can't you see the cracks in my mask? Why don't you see me for who I am?
Lost
Alone
Empty
Why can't you see past my perfect facade
my perfect grades
my perfect smile
my perfect responses
my perfectly crafted walls
Why can't you see the girl inside?
The girl begging for help,
But who doesn't know how to ask
Why can't you reach out?
Offer me a hand out of this dark & lonely place?
Why can't you see me?
Why don't you help me?
