Just waiting

Dear Peope of my life heres a little image close your eyes as i shed light  read this out loud and have the rest close their eyes life is a mystery and all s a disguiese.

The pots boiling as the smell of burnt metal hits the room, I can’t see much of the light as the nights fills with gloom, see I was raised on my own and I had to fend for myself, a house full of people and the only one who noticed me was the mouse. He scurries away, and the pot is still boiling I scream out maaaa she yells what and storms in, a shove to my head as I move to the side, why didn’t you turn off the pot  she yells I just walk away and hide.  See the people who come in go by the open door policy, in and out the house like a free exchange robbery. A few pimps in the room a few tricks on the couch the smoke is too much I just got to get out .I sit in a dark closet and I’m just waiting for the light no tv no music no siblings in site.  See the spoons on the table and the belts on the chair and from the closet my eyes get wide and new footsteps hits the stairs, my ears pressed the closet door wondering are they ready for their spill, a soft wind hits my back and goosebumps gives me a chill. Why don’t they see me don’t they care that I’m here. Is this all they care about I wish I could disappear.  I’m just waiting for light it’s so dark in this closet and after a few moments their all as still as a coffin. A shadow appears creeping as the light hits the floor I too see the light as I zoom to the door. See I’m headed outside away from all that madness in the house. It’s my only way of freedom it’s my only way out. Hey junie b where you been all day and why do you have on the same clothes you had on yesterday. I tell my friend idk I just was waiting for the light a little fresh air and a little more life.  So what happened to junie as her days got older did she follower her mom’s footsteps keep a chip on her shoulder did she make through the night and always look for the light junie be grew up and did something more with her life.
