You are no one else but you.

And no one else is or can be you.

You are awesome

though you might not think so at times.

Just think! You are a living being

you can think, you can act, you can dream

You - yes, you - are capable of incredible things

such as being someone no one else can be.

But even if you continue to deny that you yourself are awesome

You cannot deny that the world around you is awesome

The situation might not be great

Maybe not everything is fine-and-dandy

But there are always awesome things

The sun rises everyday, even if you can't see it behind gray clouds

Every. Single. Day.

Without it, we wouldn't be alive.

Bees are helpful, too, even though they may sting

They pollinate the plants that we eat

Without them, more people would go hungry

Air - air is pretty nice.

And it so conveniently stays here, on Earth, allowing us to be, to exist.

The list could go on and on, but they all have something in common -

They are all awesome because they all matter.

Everything matters, everything is awesome

because that's what makes the world the way it is.
