Justa Poem

The fugitive escaped from prison

Last week I was afflicted with a virus

You put lives in jeopardy when you drink and do drugs

A narrative tells a story

A lyric tells a story like a song

Dramatic is intense and emotional

I do not believe in love at first sight

I believe you must know the person

And fall for their personality

My foes were once my friends

I am part of my grandparent’s posterity

When I was sick, I became languish

Sometimes I seek retribution on those who make me mad

I stealthily trick my mom

And get told I am very caustic

Life is short, live it

Love is rare, grab it

Anger is bad, dump it

Fear is awful, face it

Memories are sweet, cherish it.

Love overlooks a person’s faults

Love believes in the best in everybody
