"Justice"

Justice I’m sorry

Justice baby I swear it’ll be right next time

Justice I apologize for what they’ve done to you

how they’ve used you for personal gain to make themselves feel better

justice they’ve abused you

sweetheart you are better than that

Justice your color does not define you, you are all colors of the wind they cannot pretend that you are not

they cannot pretend that you stand on one side no matter what they’ve paid baby girl you are your own

you stand alone the test of time no matter how they seem to have beaten you down

Justice open your eyes the drugs aren’t that strong I promise

Justice it’s not worth giving yourself away like this

Justice you’ve been kidnapped trapped and choked so that you can’t breathe

You’ve been posted on Facebook for your big lips brown skin and the quality of your weave

Justice they’re calling you a teenage dream as vigilante after hero comes into your room in the night leaves bills on the night stand tells you its not a one night stand but this could be endless because this could be forever

They take you by the arms and harm another believing they’re fighting for your heart and thats when the problem starts because you never asked for this

Justice you’re a brand name now honey

Justice your name is in lights

as you cause fights and bring men down like helen of troy

but only if it’s against homegirl and homeboy

Justice why are you lying

Justice why are you trying to be something your not

Justice why are you hiding this is your fault

You put yourself out there standing on the corner of black and white waiting for this

starting to light the fire that would burn down Baltimore

You got all you asked for

Justice you’re the whore
