Justice?

What is justice to you? Is it nothing like It is to me?
In my mind it’s an abstract concept the eyes can’t see.

It’s a feeling in your heart when a truth that has finally been revealed.
You know what you felt will never be healed.

It’s like for a lifetime you were broken and for a second you were fixed, a watch that stopped working and you see it for the first time tick.

The emotions you can never explain and if you ponder on them too long they can drive you insane. A feeling so breathtaking yet simple and plain.

Tears will come to your eyes and you will ask yourself why, out of all days why did you choose this one to bear all your lies.

You have brought justice to yourself and the truth is shown, a journey only you can take alone.

I’m open and everyone can see my vulnerability, I can see the beauty in this pain. Justice is fair, it’s right from wrong, I have flaws and my own list of them are long.

I hope one day I can see through them, and as I’m in my time of weakness I can see that alone I am strong.
