Justify ...

osea 4:12 New English Translation (NET Bible)

12 They consult their wooden idols,
and their diviner’s staff answers with an oracle.
The wind of prostitution blows them astray;
they commit spiritual adultery against their God.

Magic seems a word that brings out the mysterious

It also deems to bring out a kind of innocence

But that cannot be as this is kind of hideous

That is based on darkness being led by “providence”

Local saturation blazing in the sunlight

Most what is advertised is not worth the keeping

Always scandalized by progressive human nature

That never gets past depravity’s constant weeping

Attention is mostly given to the noisiest of all

Screaming and so drowning out the soft voice of despair

Glorified sensitivity plastered on the wall

To give life a label somehow showing seemingly what’s fair

No one seems to be able to escape this torment called tradition

All is justified through accomplishments we can’t pay

We all can outthink and outsmart the feeble competition

As in the “truth”, we hide from ourselves and the light of day
