Healthy, healthy that is all we hear.

Day after day on the tracks of life as they squeel,

"Kale makes you healthy", that is true.

But, what defines heathy emotions inside of you?

Since I love you I'll say it, pour my heart out with a sieve,

giving you only the good things- since society says that's how we should live.

Swallow back your worries girl, your angsts boy, and your fears;

pretend it's all fine as you whisper those nothings into thier ears.

That isn't love, right? That isn't real.

Telling the truth and being honest about your feelings is the best way to heal.
