Kaylin

Those big eyes stare up into mine Big, blue like the ocean water. My, oh my, how they do shine Just now standing, she rocks like a teeter-totter Learning to balance on two little feet She crawls around like a puppy Little hands around my finger, so sweet! She splashes around like a guppy. She drives me insane at night, Up and down, up and down. She wakes up due to a fright. I hate it when I see her frown. She may cry, she may get cranky Seeing her tears is so painful Sometimes enough that I need a hankie Sometimes I believe her crying is baneful She looks like an angel with her smile. She loves to play in the water. One day her daddy will walk her down the aisle. But no matter what, she is my daughter.
