Kharma

I can't explain it
Sadly, love has no permit
A license to show what you're giving up
And all your regrets will lie in an alcoholic cup
I gave you all that i have
For you i fell like a new born calf
But you threw it all away
And played with my heart as if it were clay
After all the tears
I realized all i needed was a beer
Something to drown my feelings on
And hope to god they would all be gone
As i drank til i could not see
All i could picture was you and me
My love for you could not be measured
I buried it in my heart as if it were treasure
But when i saw you leave
I figured your job was to deceive
All my hopes and dreams
Targeted to be destroyed by your evil schemes
Sure, i'm sad now
But soon you'll feel what it's like to say 'ciao'
To that person that you cherish the most
And they treat you like a silly little ghost
Buddy kharma exists
It comes to life and looks at its list
Full of people who mistreated others
Including your lovers, fathers, and mothers
I cannot wait til that day
That for you it will be all gray
So i can finally fall asleep
Knowing that in your bed you weep
