Kicked Out

In the middle of my junior year I was kicked out of my dad's house

I felt stranded, and in a sense abandoned.

I didn't know where to go as I was 300 miles away from my orginal home.

Yes I had my mom there for me to take me in, but I felt less of myself.

I felt like I was unwanted, tossed to side like garbage.

This taught me that even the people that are supposed to be there for you, won't always be.

I moved back to Tennessee, and started working harder than ever.

Got a job, graduated highschool, eventually even got myself a car.

This experience helped shape me into a man.

I realized that even through hard times, you can't slow down because life won't.
