Kindred Spirit

For you, I'd make time

I'd give you my last dime

I'll be there for you to know end

I am your best friend.

For you, I'll play Marco Polo

Even be yolo

Never let you feel low

Even when you're wrong,  I'll defend

I am your best friend.

For you, I'll run a mile

Stay for a while

Act like a child

Do anything to make you smile

There's no bad day that you can't mend

I am your best friend.

I'll watch over you when you're drunk

And when you're sober

You're my four leaf clover

My north star

Guiding me even when you're far

My other half

The sister I never had

My love for you only extends

You are my best friend!
