A King Without a Kingdom
I find myself
In a worIld--
A world where
fate is my own,
hate is unknown.
And all absurdity
Is rationality.
But in this world
I am my lonesome
A king without a kingdom,
Whose subjects
Betray their happiness
In Life and Love
And Weakness.
Although for me
I do abide,
I cannot help
But realize
That amid the life of glory
I have lost the one true beauty
Of friends and family
That love in life
And all in spite
Of vulnerability
