Kings N Queens

“Kings N Queens”

You only got one life to live, respect yourself and others, but most of all love.

We all got dreams….the sky has no limit. Be unstoppable.

Where’re all Kings N Queens.

Don’t worry about these trends.

They’ll still be here when you’re gone.

So live your life and be the best version of you that you could be.

I’m not going to tell you you’re beautiful, because you are.

Take this good advice; Society will judge you for life.

You’ll be alright.

#X #True

This is for you.

I remember I asked a girl.

How many likes does it take for you to be beautiful? How many filters?

She replied, 1000 likes and I said, you only need 1 like to beyoutiful. It comes from you.

How many times have you been told you’re beautiful but that doesn’t seem true, because you let social media define you?

How many opinions do you need, before you believe that you’re special?

How many times have you re-uploaded you most like picture, just to likes quicker?

The opinion of other people makes it seem that they love you, but you’ve failed to realize that they didn’t fall in love with you.

They fell in love with your editing skills.

We live in a generation where everybody is to busy trying not to get hurt to fall in love.

But who’s to blame, is it the shame, untamed by the ways of young women these days.

You see, nudes are flooding the internet. The ways of life make it hard to inter-pret what is in the minds of young people.

Queens respect yourselves, don’t let a temporary moment of lust, permanently destroy your will because chose to trust.

You can only become a victim of your own lifestyle. Sometimes it’s the feeds you see when you’re scrolling down your timeline.

You’ll say “Deleting this shit for a while”.

When you come back it’s like you never left.

You see, a picture of some young girl perky breats.

Kings why do we feel the need to expose to bodies of women.

Is it to satisfy our ego?

or will it make you feel good about yourself.

It is that you desire fame? Quit with the games

Because when names are call who will claim the shame.

It’s sad how things like that make some girls think that they’re not attractive.

More because they don’t look like the girls that get worshipped on social media

Now that’s unattractive and true.

Where to busy trying to be on fleek.

Unaware of these influences

That change the way we speak.

Real love isn’t visible anymore. Real love isn’t really sung in music anymore.

Side chicks, Side niggas, cheating, hiding feelings, acting like we don’t give a fuck

It’s toxic, it’s not productive, it’s damaging, It needs to stop.

I dare you to let go of those who pretend to love you, and love those show. I dare you.

If you can’t identify who they are, think back at the people who helped you to grow.

Then you’ll know.

Everybody got times people hated on them, we say we don’t care.

Then we begin to share the way we feel about it.

In other words you do.

You’ll reply back because you don’t want to look like a fool.

Posting up something so common like IDFWU.

There’s good and bad to every situation we come across,

But it’s up to the individual to choose which path to take,

Don’t hate back, your adding fuel to fire.

That’s what opposite’s desire.  Think about what you could do,

Find the motivation and get creative with your situation.

I’m not going to tell you that you’re beautiful, because you are.

One day this poem will only be a memory, so remember this

You’ll be good as long as your self-esteem is high

But if you don’t believe me, listen over and just try.

We all have bad days, what those days have in common is they all have 24 hours.

So greet each day with happiness, sunshine and the smell of flowers.

Everybody has an opinion, but it’s up to you to choose who will set your price.

Your more valuable than gold but bright like stars,
diamonds of the sky.

Where all Kings N Queens.

      True
