Kings of Silence
To escape the loneliness
We run after phantoms
The desires that burn so hot it hurts
Lies and selfishness
That hand is empty, no one is there
Walking becomes so difficult
That chair is vacant, not a table for two
Self-deceit and inquietude
The emptiness is not doggo
We search for anything to fill it
To stop the rock on our chests
Time and impatience
