King’s Men

I’m not breaking

I’m already there

A shell of what I used to be

I put on a mask

But when it’s silent and it’s only me

The mask shatters too

I’m broken and what are the king’s men to do

I fade away into my thoughts

But to be honest I don’t know what’s worse

Having the thoughts or just being numb

I loose feeling sometimes

But who cares

Hurt me once

Hurt me twice and then a third

Probably deserved it

I could cry but what’s the point

I’m already broken

So what’s the king’s men to do
