Kiss

What's the effect of this screen and it's light For you to read this, as it breaches to your sight It captures your attention, likely because it's from me So if your reading this, in your mind you should see... Every day that I spend with you Many a magic moment of love true To hold on to every savory second Of each kiss, of each trembling touch, of each time it is beaconed By your own poets hand to tell me what and how is why is felt When I read them, again and again, I feel my heart melt Even by painters hand could not define you With precision, and grace, and technique anew He could not define the way you make me feel For no matter the beautious painting, it will not be real A picture is worth a thousand words If it were that easy to describe you, such poems as this wouldn't emerge Because with someone so amazing who cannot be described A certain feeling, a special feeling that cannot be denied There's so much more than a 2-D canvas beauty To such a girl as you, and how it is meet to be For let it mean more than your admittedly wonderful exterior The weight it holds to how amazing you are makes it seem infirior With a light in your heart that shines warm and bright And a personality of happiness, sending those near into flight A high of joy, and the pain simply leaves When there's just us, when it's just you and me With every time your hand reaches mine I turn my head to look into your eyes Your head slowly leans onto my shoulder I adjust my position, my fingers getting no colder I press my lips against your head I wrap my arms around you, to know what I get The warmness that I will perhaps have forever And with you comes the plethora Of every feeling of love I recieve As my hand runs up your arm, over your sleeve Onto your shoulder, then you your hair I put my hand on your neck, into your deep eyes I stare I pull a bit closer, I feel the tickle of your nose Against all will and against rules, and morals we believe as foes We kiss in a moment that lasts longer than it seems And my heart stops every time thus happens to me I am in love, there's no way to hide it I wouldn't want ton there's no reason to fight it I love you, forever I promise Until finally the time we are together will fall upon us

I live, I look, I read, I smile, I laugh. It's funny how the simplicity of all of that can be confusing, but that's people for you.
