Knock Knock...
Knock knock.
I am coming. I am here.
I am defeating my demons that have some time latched themselves to my back.
I am carrying the burdens of my past along with memories of innocence and purity.
I am striving for the top of Mount Everest like a adventure-hungry climber.
I am swimming deep in my emotions like fish drawn to the water.
I am absorbing the sunlight into my body like a plant struggling for life.
I am running with high hopes like an olympic runner speeding for the finish line.
I am raining thoughts like a lightening storm on a Wednesday afternoon.
I am falling on my knees.
I am screeching for a plea.
I am crying for a voice.
So knock knock, do you hear me speak?
Knock knock, do you see me?
Knock knock, do you speak the words I need?
Knock knock, do you realize what I am trying to tell you?
Knock knock, do you realize what I am trying to show you?
Knock knock, can you see... me?
