Knock Knock (The Spirit of the Unwanted)
KNOCK KNOCK (the spirit of the unwanted)
Knock Knock let me in! (Who is it)?
It is a lonely desperate soul
Who has a heart filled with gold
But an appearance of a dolt who is merely twelve years old.
Knock Knock let me in! (Who is it)?
O please O please just let me in
I will do anything to be your friend
I just want to look cool and blend
I’ll choke from smoke and even sin.
Knock Knock let me in! (Who is it)?
Tell me now that I am in! I choked from smoke and even sinned!
I bought the gun and I robbed the store
I even intruded somebody’s house by kicking in the front door!
So I will Knock Knock once again, just please tell me I can come in!
I have done everything just to look cool and blend!
Ring Ring (leave a message)
OH FRIEND OH FRIEND! For whom which I have sinned
What a very big web I have managed to weave my way in
Ring Ring (leave a message)
Oh friend! Oh friend! Please answer the phone
They're surrounding my house...the cops are at my home
But how! But how! How did they ever find out?
You told me I was safe and there was nothing to worry about
They said they have a witness who reported everything they seen
But that can't be possible, we were the only two on the scene!
(THE SOUL AWAKENS)
Just tell me it isn't true, it cannot be
I did everything you asked and gave you everything you need
And in return you turn around and turn on me
I am just an unwanted soul whom was looking to blend, be cool, and fit in
But I will never be accepted until I can accept what's within.....
