Knot

Tonight, the silence is interrupted, your screams are hardly faint... Tonight, you've forgotten about my presence as you carry on without compassion. Tonight, I hear you struggle to make a decision all without one discernible word spoken. Tonight, you seek the silence that comes in the end but your hesitation only prolongs the suffering. Tonight, time is at a standstill as not one breath is passed through our lungs. Tonight, I say goodbye without a word or a tear. Tonight, I tie the knot for you because you lack true strength. Tonight, I understand the value of tomorrow as tomorrow never arrives.
