Know Your God

Mon, 01/25/2016 - 01:22 -- Nunulo

See the thing about God is...

People

You, me, he, she, I, they, we...

People

love to forget their own purpose.

Love to live in the bliss or ignorance,

and cry "Woe is me" at the sight of troubled water.

See the thing

about God is...

He's loud.

He's loud.

He's LOUD.

He's loudly silent, and easy to blame.

He's peacefully quiet, and fades away.

He's that easy to forget, he merely fades away

until unsatisfaction arises in life,

and that is when we pray.

Dear, God, do we pray.

We cast wishes upon a star, and demand our genie to obey.

And God?

He's loudly silent, peacefully quiet, and easy to blame

for all the bad we freely and willing embrace.

We fame, and then fume, and with casted fists cry, "Oh, Lord, why?!"

And He looks down at us, and asks the same thing.

See that's the thing about God,

He let's us do our own thing.
